Conditions to be a FIJADA Member
Membership
- Possess a valid FIJADA membership card.
Mandatory Training
- Sustainable Development: Understand environmental, economic, and social issues related to sustainable development.
- Patriotism: Promote patriotic values and civic engagement among youth.
- Diplomacy: Acquire skills in intercultural communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Commitment
- Actively engage in FIJADA activities and projects, including events, campaigns, and local initiatives.
Participation
- Regularly attend meetings and activities organized by FIJADA.
Recommendation
- Obtain a letter of recommendation from an active member or community leader.
Conditions to be an African Youth Ambassador
FIJADA Membership
- Be an active FIJADA member with a valid membership card.
Complete Training
- Have successfully completed all three required training courses (sustainable development, patriotism, diplomacy).
Experience
- Have previous experience in leadership roles or community engagement, demonstrating ability to represent African youth.
Communication Skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as ability to speak before an audience.
Vision and Commitment
- Present a clear vision for youth development in Africa and strong commitment to FIJADA objectives.
Selection
- Go through a selection process that may include an interview and submission of a project or initiative the ambassador wishes to promote.
Representation
- Be ready to represent FIJADA at international, national, and local events, carrying the voice of African youth.
